These are the Japanese phrase which is often used in travel. Let's  speak aggressively.

Hotel phrase 

I'll be arriving late,but please hold the reservation.  /  Touchaku ga okure masu ga, Yoyaku wa keep shite kudasai.

到着が遅れますが、予約はキープしてください。

 Check in, please. / Check in onegai shimasu.

チェックインをお願いします。

I made a reservation on the internet. / Internet de yoyakushite masu.インターネットで予約してます。

I'd like a non-smoking room. / Kin en no heya ni shite kudasai. 禁煙の部屋にしてください。

Could you store my valuables?/ Kichou hin wo azukatte kudasai.貴重品を預かって下さい。

Does that include breakfast? /  Choshoku wa fukumarete imasu ka? 朝食は含まれていますか？

Is there anyone who speaks English?/ Eigo wo hanaselu hito imasuka? 英語を話せる人はいますか？

What time  can I have breakfast? / Choshoku wa namji desuka?朝食は何時からですか？

When is the check-out time? / Check-out wa namji desuka?
